Do I choose my niche and products?
Yes. For Print-on-Demand or Dropshipping, you can choose your direction or receive guidance based on your goals and suitable product opportunities. For Sell My Own Products, you provide the products and the accurate information and assets needed to set them up.
Do I own the store?
Yes. You receive access to manage your ecommerce business, products, orders, branding, and content.
Is a custom domain included?
Yes. As a launch special, your custom domain is free for the first year — a US$80 value. You are responsible for renewal after year one at the applicable renewal cost.
Will I need to pay for hosting?

How are customer payments set up?
Customer stores are set up with PayPal for launch while our broader payment-gateway solution is finalized. Approval and eligibility are determined by the payment provider and are not guaranteed by BuildMyBiz.
How long does it take?
Timing depends on completed onboarding, your selections and add-ons, and—when selling your own products—receipt of complete product information and assets. Your project timeline is confirmed after review.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds are available after the contract is signed. Any detailed contract or policy terms also apply.
